I use this product only when really needed, which is about every other day. Severe and as yet unexplainable shoulder pain, sometimes in both shoulders, is significantly reduced within several minutes after application. My big hope is that it continues to be effective.

As an former college athlete, and an active workout warrior, I’m always dealing w bumps, bruises and soreness.
