GramCo Quick Mix - Recipes and Tips

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix it in beverages, including coffee, juice, tea, as an alcohol replacement for mixers, and carbonated beverages (more on that later). You can add it to your favorite condiments and sauces, including butter, maple or chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and salsa. Cooking and baking are made easy with GramCo’s Quick Mix as you can easily dose your desired Delta-8 potency for individual servings. Common foods made using Quick Mix include cookies, brownies, cakes, and soups, but really, you can use Quick Mix in just about any cooking or baking recipe.
Dosing:
When infusing foods and drinks with Delta-8 THC water soluble powder, dosing is key to ensuring everyone has the right amount of fun. Typical starting doses for Delta-8 THC water soluble powder begin between 10-20 mg Delta-8.
GramCo’s Quick Mix has a concentration of 10% Delta-8 THC, meaning 10% of the powder in the Quick Mix container is active Delta-8 THC. Each container of Quick Mix has 2,000 mg Delta 8 THC. If using a scale for dosing your Delta-8, divide the weight of the powder by 10 to get the amount of active Delta 8 THC in the water soluble powder.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a scale as we’ve included an FDA standard scoop in every Quick Mix container. Each scoop of GramCo’s Quick Mix water soluble powder contains approximately 20 mg of active Delta 8 THC.
And remember, you can always add more GramCo Quick Mix.
Mixing:
Fully mixing your Delta-8 THC water soluble powder into whatever food or drink recipe you are making is *almost* as important as dosing your Delta 8 THC properly. Not completely mixing your GramCo QuickMix or any water soluble powder can lead to “hot spots”, or concentrations of Delta-8 THC, in your foods and drinks.
To ensure your Quick Mix is fully and uniformly mixed in your food or beverage, combine and mix/blend/beat/whisk the Quick Mix for a minimum of 2 minutes. If you see any clumps of water soluble powder for whatever reason, continue to mix/blend/beat/whisk until the Quick Mix is fully and uniformly dissolved.
Diluting in Water Prior to Improve Mixing & Absorption:
If you intend to use GramCo’s Quick Mix to make large batches (e.g., 1,000+ mg of Delta-8 THC at a time) or your recipe calls for water, you may find it helpful to diluting the Delta-8 water soluble powder in warm water prior to adding them to your recipe. Pre-heat distilled or purified water to around 90°F, introduce the desired amount of Quick Mix, and stir for 2-3 minutes max.
You can mix up to 1 gram of total powder per 4 mL of water, and the concentrate will look like milk and the texture will be similar to a very runny sunblock.
Carbonated Beverages:
GramCo’s Quick Mix and carbonated beverages go together incredibly well. The trick to getting these two to work together is putting the water soluble powder in the glass before slowly adding your carbonated beverage of choice.
