Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Quick and easy infused pumpkin spice protein smoothie keeps you balanced.
Prep: 10 minutes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 dates, pitted (optional) or substitute with 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 scoops GramCo Quick Mix (20mg each= 40 mg total)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground ginger
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
