Delta-8 Products Are Legal In Kentucky

Over a year ago The Kentucky Hemp Association sued the state over Delta-8 THC bans and raids. Now, they celebrate a judge's ruling as “a huge win for farmers and retailers.”

This is welcome news for the large population of Delta-8 consumers in the Bluegrass State who do not want to be bothered with unnecessary raids or difficulty purchasing products that elevate their lives. Yummy Gummies

I’ve purchased these a few times now. I like the way they taste but also how they work for me specifically. They don’t make me feel uncomfortable in any way. 1 gummy is the perfect amount to help me relax and sleep soundly.
My only issue is with the blue raspberry flavor in particular. The first time I ordered, I thought they may have melted slightly in transit. My second order arrived the same. They are a little gooey/ melty compared to the other flavors come dry with the sugary coating. They taste fine, I just keep them in the fridge for that reason. You can see what I mean in the pic below. Blue ras is on the left, watermelon on the right.

I have used Gramco gummies for a couple of years now and have loved them. I bought some recently and noticed a change in the texture which I do not like. I do, however, like the new packaging. I will not be purchasing anymore gummies.

Disappointing Formula change

I’ve been ordering GramCo for about a year and this last order came in different containers. The texture of the gummies was very different and not in a good way. Unhappy with both the new flavor and texture. I’ve had 2 separate friends say the same with their last order. I’ve been really satisfied with their service and support otherwise. Hope they change back!
